These Terms govern purchases made directly from SANGOVA Digital LLC ("SANGOVA", "we", "us"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Business information

2. Digital products

SANGOVA creates original digital goods, including 3D avatar accessories and virtual items. The product page identifies the content, compatibility, price, currency and delivery method before purchase. Digital products do not include physical goods.

3. Third-party platforms

Items purchased on a third-party gaming platform are also subject to that platform's terms, checkout, delivery and refund rules. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. SANGOVA is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

4. Prices and payment

Direct-purchase prices and the total amount due are shown in USD before payment. Card payments may be securely processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout when required.

5. License and acceptable use

Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the digital product in its intended environment. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or claim ownership of SANGOVA content.

6. Delivery, refunds and support

Delivery and refund conditions are set out in our Refund & Delivery Policy. Contact admin@sangova.com and include your order reference for support.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SANGOVA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for interruptions and changes caused by third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
